THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US

We are not obliged to accept any order you submit.

All orders for products are subject to availability and reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.

The prices stated are therefore indicative only but an accurate total price, including any delivery charges, will be confirmed to you when we send you confirmation of your order.

Other payment options including personal cheque, Postal Order and direct bank transfer are then available and the relevant information will be communicated at the time.
Orders will not be dispatched until the payment has been received and cleared into our bank account.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your order and will refund the price (including any delivery charges) via the original method of payment.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days of your order.
Black Slab Records will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointments suffered.
