CLICK AND COLLECT : Select 'Click and Collect' at the checkout and we will email you to confirm a suitable time to pick up your order. Please bring your confirmation sheet with you.

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.


All orders placed after 1pm will be sent out the next business day.

Same day dispatch is not always possible during busy periods should your order be delayed due to further security checks.


Once your order has been dispatched we cannot be responsible for delivery days and times unless you have selected a guaranteed service.

We are unable to re-send items that are in transit.


Undelivered items must be received back before we can resend or refund.


Lost in transit parcels are escalated to our courier partners and refunds or replacements are processed once the case can be closed which is usually 15 working days for UK and 30 days for rest of world.

Please make sure that the shipping address that you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.


For security purposes we do not amend addresses once we have processed your order as your order is confirmed on the basis of the original information you provide us with at point of order.




For your peace of mind, all purchasers are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund policy.


So in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below.


We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.


Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and all tags attached.


You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us using a recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery.


If you return an item for exchange, you will have cover the cost of returning the item to us, however we will send the replacement item back to you free of charge.

If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will pay for the cost of the return postage.


To return an item, please contact us, you will be issued with an authorisation number.


The returns authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you send back to us.


You must send the item back to us within 7 days of the authorisation number being given to you.


If you return an item that is not in its original condition or the tags have been removed we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
